| On May 26, 2003 the Company announced a non-brokered private placement of up to
3,000,000 units at a price of C$0.12 per unit, for total proceeds of $360,000. Each unit
will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.
One whole common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common
share at a price of C$0.16 per share for a one-year period from the date of closing.
The Company wishes to announce an increase of the proposed private placement of up to
4,000,000 units for total proceeds of $480,000.
The placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
