PRIVATE PLACEMENT December 15, 2003 Absolut wishes to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 700,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.55 per unit, for total proceeds of $385,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.90 per share for a one-year period from the date of closing. The proceeds of the placement will be used for general working capital. A finder’s fee of 5% will be paid to Dundee Securities Corporation on amounts placed to parties introduced by Dundee Securities.
